1. Our Commitment

BitsServer IT Lab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and comparable international copyright frameworks, we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content available on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Site (e.g. a URL).
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your name, address, telephone number, identification of the material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law.
