1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bitsserver.com and any services offered by BitsServer IT Lab. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Our Services
BitsServer provides AI automation, cloud infrastructure, VPS hosting, web and mobile development, cybersecurity, and IT consulting services. Specific service engagements are governed by a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where a conflict exists.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use our services or submit information through the Site.
4. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or security.
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse any content or data from the Site without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the animated brand mark, and software, is the property of BitsServer IT Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 6. Fees and Payment

7. Service Availability
We aim to keep our services available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitsServer IT Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold BitsServer IT Lab harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including the United Arab Emirates where our Abu Dhabi zonal office operates.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
